Operious provides website content, product descriptions, technical materials, demonstrations, and evaluation environments for enterprise review. These materials are informational and may change as the product develops. They do not create a production service commitment unless incorporated into a written agreement.

Accounts and access

Access to private evaluation or production environments may require authentication and authorization. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, using access only for authorized business purposes, and notifying Operious of suspected unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, interfere with service operations, probe systems without authorization, reverse engineer security controls, upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or use Operious in a way that breaches applicable law or contractual obligations.

Customer data and enterprise agreements

Customer operational data, confidentiality, security obligations, data processing terms, and production service levels are governed by the applicable written agreement. If these public terms conflict with a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement controls for that customer.

Intellectual property

Operious and its materials, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by Operious or its licensors. Users receive only the rights expressly granted for website access or evaluation use.
