What this page establishes

Information we collect

We may collect contact information such as name, company, role, email address, phone number, and business communication content when a person requests access, submits a form, attends a meeting, or communicates with Operious. We may collect website usage information such as device type, browser, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location where permitted.

During enterprise evaluations or production deployments, Operious may process tenant-provided operational data, configuration, policies, knowledge documents, workflow events, and user activity records as authorized by the customer.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, evaluate enterprise fit, provide and improve services, secure the platform, support customers, conduct compliance review, maintain audit trails, and communicate about Operious. We do not use customer operational data to train public foundation models.

Enterprise data

Customer operational data remains controlled by the customer. Processing terms, retention, deletion, data residency, subprocessors, audit exports, and security controls are governed by the applicable enterprise agreement. Operious processes such data to provide the contracted service and related support.

Sharing and subprocessors

Operious may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, customer support, or enterprise operations. Subprocessor commitments for customer data are handled through enterprise agreements and customer review where required.

Security

Operious uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but Operious designs its service around tenant isolation, encrypted credential handling, governed execution, and auditability.

Privacy rights and contact

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Requests can be sent to info@operious.com. Enterprise users may also need to contact their employer or the relevant customer administrator because Operious often acts as a processor or service provider.
